I conducted research on how technicians and the reception team interact with clinical information and clinical data.
My research identified that physical manipulation of lab dockets increased the risk of losing case box content or misplacement. Leveraging these insights, I developed a user-centred design solution for the lab docket layout. By positioning essential information prominently in the top-left corner, my design minimized physical interaction with the document, significantly improving data integrity and operational efficiency for the team.
Web Design
I created the assets for the web page, photographed the appliances, and edited existing photographs to match them with the new corporate image.
Promotional Items
Whilst working as a dental technician at ATM-ORTO dental laboratory, I changed their corporate image. The client required a modern and elegant look for the business, highlighting the use of 3D printing technology. I incorporated elements inspired by the 3D mesh models (used to manufacture the orthodontic appliances) in the branding materials.
